Data subjects have the right at any time to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them exist and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy, request their integration, updating, or correction (Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/03 and Article 16 GDPR). Pursuant to the same provisions, data subjects also have the right to request deletion, anonymization, or blocking of unlawfully processed data and to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. The Company assumes no responsibility for the rules and procedures governing the processing of personal data by other websites accessible through links or references on our website, nor for the content of email services, web spaces, chat forums, or other services provided to users. The processing related to the web services offered by this website takes place at the Company’s premises and, where applicable, at the premises of the Data Processors. Processing is carried out by authorized personnel responsible for managing requested services, marketing activities (where requested by the user), data retention activities, and occasional maintenance operations.
