What makes this specific pair incredibly special is their unique, individual histories as custom commissions for Italy's post-war elite. One centerpiece is engraved with the insignia of the prestigious "Sicula Oceanica" shipping line, complete with its classic maritime flag logo, while the other bears the stamp of the historic "Pinewood Hotel Roccaraso," evoking the glamorous winter retreats of mid-century Abruzzo.
